Sweet n savory breakfast recipe!




Being hungry doesn't usually involve being healthy especially in the early morning when all I want is a croissant or pastry,but this had to change so in this post I'm going to share a recipe that will satisfy your sweet tooth and your hungry tummy,so let's get started!
Ingredients:
1 container of low fat yogurt 
1/2 a cup of strawberries 
1 tsp chia seeds
1/4 homemade granola
Optional:1 tsp of honey for added sweetness
Directions:
Put the yogurt in a bowl,chop your strawberries into bite size pieces and throw them in,add the granola and chia seeds,and lastly drizzle the honey and voilaaa your masterpiece is done!
Nutritional facts:
The yogurt is a good source of protein.
Chia seeds is a also a good source of protein and it will keep you full for a long time because it's full of fibre.
Granola will also keep you full in addition that it adds a nice crunch to your plate.
Strawberries are really good for your skin.
The honey will add a extra sweetness.
