A warm snack!


Between meals I love having a nice warm cup of green tea because:
Green tea provides a lot of energy.
It has 0 calories.
It helps in reducing belly fat(which is awesome).
And drinking green tea more often will make you lose weight like crazy,so try to drink from 2 to 5 cups daily.
My favorite is Lipton clear green!
