Starting off the day with something healthy could change the entire day,and you can totally do this with kicking off your morning with a healthy,quick,easy,and super delicious breakfast.
Ingredients and directions:
Spread a generous amout of feta cheese on 2 whole wheat toast,boil 2 eggs and slice them and place them on the toast,serve it with your favorite veggies I chose tomatoes and voila you have a healthy breakfast that will keep you full and energized in the early morning!
