How to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Hard right?hard to have a sweet tooth and diet at the same time! I used to suffer a lot in the past because of this problem "the sweet tooth" cause I wanted to lose weight but at the same time I had to have something sweet throughout the day,but nowadays I solved my problem by starting my day with a sugary healthy breakfast,this can easily satisfy my sweet tooth and at the same time energize me and provide me with all the sugar that I need.So what I eat to achieve this is the Nestle fit flakes,they're whole grain,have low fat and low calories,full of all the vitamins that you need in the early morning,and who doesn't like a bit of crunch in mornings?
How I like mine:
2 handfuls of the cereal 
About 1/2 to 1 cup of milk
3 dates for added sweetness and energy(you can use honey)
Add the cereal,milk,chop the dates,and add them.

And there you have it a delicious healthy breakfast that will keep you full and satisfy your sweet tooth! I would love to know how everybody else does it to share with me a new recipe! Be healthy feel happy:)
