Yes it could happen usually when all the delicious festive food is displayed and you're trying to diet!Truth is it could get really hard to diet around the holidays when all these delicious cookies and pies are out and we have everyday dinner parties or family gatherings.As for me this christmas I'm going to travel and stay with my parents for 2 weeks for the holidays and I couldn't be more excited,and family in christmas means FOOOOD and you probably don't know a lot about me but I've been through a lot in my life with dieting and all these stuff and transforming to healthy lifestyle(which I will talk about very soon)so for me I decided that I don't want any stressful moments this christmas cause you know what IT'S CHRISTMAS!and I don't want to make the most beautiful time of the year the worst because of gaining a few pounds!for me it sounds crazy to say this but I've been rambling a lot and here is my advice:
This christmas forget about everything,hide the scale,delete the food tracking app,and enjoy the taste and spirit of the holiday this year and make it the best one and if you can make it better by enjoying some healthy treats then do it but don't prevent yourself from anything because it's all about being HAPPY❤️
