Our trip to the woods!

Cyprus has been one of my favorite countries,can you imagine living in front of the ocean? It's like heaven,but what's better is being in the mountains where it's just you without a phone or problems.

It was sort of the best day in my life,I believe this is where I can perfectly escape everything and have some time to myself!

The chilliness of the weather and calmness of the atmosphere is what I seriously needed after long months of tests and work! 

If you ever felt stressed or overloaded this is one of the things that I highly recommend,go out somewhere calm where it's just you or with someone who you truly feel comfortable around,sit around enjoy the weather and just think about yourself.

Christmas vacation travelling essentials!

For a lady when travelling,it's so hard to know what to pack and what's essential and what's not!So this post is all about the essentials that we need when travelling including some of my favorites.

The most important thing for me when travelling is depending on mini products and try to pack small stuff rather than those huge bottles,and it's important too to find practical bags to pack all my products in.

So basically for the first bag my cousin got it for me a few years ago,but you can actually find these types of bags in any store!

For the next one it's a Victoria's secret bag that a friend got me as an early Christmas gift.

And for the last one it's actually my hair straightener bag that comes with the hair straightener.

My essentials are actually divided into different parts:

Skincare essentials,Hair essentials,nail essentials,and random essentials.So let's get started!

Starting with skincare,as I said I'm all about minis,and this Victoria's secret set is perfect for travelling as it consists of shower gel,body lotion,and body spray and they're all small and perfect for a two weeks vacation!

I believe that you can't go anywhere without these essentials which are face moisturizer,lip balm,face masks,and deodorant.

1-Face moisturizer/Orange Daily: perfect for everyday night and day use and suitable for all skin types.

2-Lip balm/Vaseline lip therapy advanced formulas.

3-Face masks/Montagne Jeunesse: Hasn't tried it yet but i think they're perfect to travel because of their size and weight.

4-Deodorant/Dove original.

 Now with the hair essentials
1-Heat protection/Tresemme Keratin Smooth
2-Creme/Tresemme anti-frizz smoothing creme
3-My all time favorite "The Body Shop" brush
4-Hair straightener/ghd pink straightener.

Now for nails essentials!

The MOST important thing definitely nail polish and favorites are by the brand Inglot and they are the breathable nail polishes which are really good for the nails.In addition to some nail pedicure that we all probably need.

RANDOM ESSENTIALS are my favorite which are of course a great book and mine is Night Circus which I'm too excited to start,tweezers cause those eyebrows could get a little cray,and a mini mirror.

Holidays depression!

Depressed?In christmas?How?

Yes it could happen usually when all the delicious festive food is displayed and you're trying to diet!Truth is it could get really hard to diet around the holidays when all these delicious cookies and pies are out and we have everyday dinner parties or family gatherings.As for me this christmas I'm going to travel and stay with my parents for 2 weeks for the holidays and I couldn't be more excited,and family in christmas means FOOOOD and you probably don't know a lot about me but I've been through a lot in my life with dieting and all these stuff and transforming to healthy lifestyle(which I will talk about very soon)so for me I decided that I don't want any stressful moments this christmas cause you know what IT'S CHRISTMAS!and I don't want to make the most beautiful time of the year the worst because of gaining a few pounds!for me it sounds crazy to say this but I've been rambling a lot and here is my advice:

This christmas forget about everything,hide the scale,delete the food tracking app,and enjoy the taste and spirit of the holiday this year and make it the best one and if you can make it better by enjoying some healthy treats then do it but don't prevent yourself from anything because it's all about being HAPPY❤️

The Exotic Duo!

In honor of the glamorizing,extraordinary "Victoria's Secret" 2014 Fashion Show,I decided to make a post on this AMAZING Victoria's Secret shower gel and body lotion which has been a favorite of mine since fall started!

Victoria's Secret has been one of my all time favorite shops ever,the second I enter the store I feel like I'm in heaven,and whenever I'm feeling luxurious and fancy I usually pick some body lotions from there,but something about this duo had me fall in love with it and use it EVERY SINGLE DAY!To be honest a friend got me this set on my Sixteenth Birthday last June and I really hope that it's still available,but my love for it couldn't let me refrain from sharing it with everyone.

First,I'll start with the body wash!I have been using this deep berry shower gel EVERY single day(not exaggerating),Yeah seriously since fall started and I have been using it every time I shower.

What I like to do is while leaving my conditioner for five minutes or so,I put a tiny little bit on a nice soft loofah and scrub all my body.It leaves my skin feeling so smooth and soft in addition that it makes me smell like a giant delicious berry.

Now into my favorite part MOISTURIZING!After showering with the amazing body wash I dry myself completely and into the lotion. I dab it all over my body making sure to cover every part of me.

The weather is starting to get colder and going into the winter season makes my skin very dry,so not only does the lotion leave my body smelling beautiful but also it's perfect in leaving my skin very smooth and moisturized.
