Spring grilled chicken and haloum salad!


Ingredients:
Lettuce 
Red cabbage 
Tomatoes 
Cucumber 
Avocado 
Grilled chicken
Haloum cheese
Directions:
Leave the chicken to grill and while it's grilling you can start with your salad.put the lettuce,cabbage,cucumber,and tomatoes,then put your haloum cheese to grill with the chicken and then place them on the salad along the avocado and now it's time for the dressing!
Ingredients and directions:
Lemon
Olive oil 
Mustard
Vinegar
Honey
Salt and pepper
Mix all the contents and drizzle them over your salad and enjoy a delicious refreshing spring inspired salad:)

Homemade hummus recipe!


Hummus is an amazing healthy dip that can be used in many things,you can use it in wraps,salads,and dipping,so today I'm gonna share with you my favorite hummus recipe!
Ingredients:
One can of chickpeas 
2 tbsp olive oil 
2 tbsp tahini 
2 cloves of garlic 
The juice of one lemon
A pinch of salt 
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in the food processor blend everything until smooth.you can add some paprika for taste and decoration and then you'll have the most delicious snack ever!
